second post today cause smth memorable happened.
i got my first Man of match ever for today's game :) but didn't feel like i played v well cause i made one bad pass and didn't go up to shoot today. but still glad we played well despite it being 11man vs 18man (us down) hopefully we improve tgt :) really enjoy team sports. when i was so tired today and whenever i was out of court, i didn;t have to watch the game much cause i knew that the rest of my team would be playing their best :)

also, just came back from malacca- family trip! drove the north-south highway for the first time, at a 110, got mocked by my uncles :(( but it's ok one day i'll be driving at 130. it was such a fun trip!!! so glad i went - almost didn't cause i wanted to stay home and study. my family has been doing this yearly malaysia driving trips since i was really young, we went every year. genting - KL - malacca. i'd always be spending my birthday in malaysia. every single year till a few years back cause the cousins and i and my sis grew up and became busy. my cousins and sis and i are all almost one year apart (17-26 years old) and it was quite cool for PSLE cause every year someone had PSLE so we just kept passing the books down.
so when we were young we spent our holiday in the hotel room, playing computer game, or swimming (WE SWAM ALOT hahaha also dk why) or cards. but this year was so different. really bonded with my cousins heheh :-)) we went shopping tgt, went out tgt, even bought the same shirt tgt and wore it out in public on the last day!!! (picture later when i upload) THEY R SO CRAZY AND FUN and am sooooo glad i have cousins like em :) no such thing as age gap mayb coz the older ones like me are really young at heart. we also call each other "fats" so when someone says "fats", everyone turns hahahah it's quite cute. (also side note- when i was studying at utown last month i kept running into my older cousin and he gave me brownies that he baked and drove me back to hall :D)
have always been close to my cousins (last time we always played maplestory and habbo hotel and runescape and CS tgt they r mostly guys so probably explains y my sis and i r not v girly...) am really thankful for that.
both our grandparents passed away this year and it was a really trying + tough + sad year for every one of us. we had to constantly go to hospital bc my grandma was checking in and out weekly. and having 2 funerals in a year... it's really not emotionally easy. super extremely thankful for the adults. they must have had it worse than us cause they lost their parents.. but yet they are still so strong and planned the entire holiday for us to enjoy. definitely everyone felt a part missing this trip, first holiday without my grandparents, but i think popo and gonggong will be proud of us from up there knowing that we're all still together and happy :)
blessed to have this family and the multiple whatsapp chats we have hahaha. <3
